For enhanced security, Phonebanker-assisted password resets will require you to nominate a password through the website before a reset can be processed.

 

  • If you have forgotten your password or if it needs to be reset, choose any of the options below, and follow the simple steps:

    Activate your nominated password in any BPI Express Teller ATM
    Activate your nominated password by calling BPI through Express Phone
    Activate your nominated password via One-Time PIN (OTP)

  • If you have forgotten both your User ID and password:

    Please call BPI Express Phone at any of the following numbers and press "3" for "Internet and Mobile Banking""
